Our Process
Audit findings, reports, and supporting evidence are submitted for review following the completion of the assessment process.
An independent and competent reviewer, who has not participated in the audit activities, evaluates the audit results and verifies compliance with certification requirements.
The reviewer confirms that all identified nonconformities have been appropriately addressed and that certification requirements have been satisfactorily fulfilled.
Based on the outcome of the independent review, an authorised certification decision-maker determines whether certification should be granted, maintained, renewed, suspended, restored, expanded, reduced, or withdrawn.
All certification decisions are documented, controlled, and maintained in accordance with established governance procedures and accreditation requirements.
